the speed limit is 5 miles per hour!  

SPEED LIMIT  IS STRICTLY ENFORCED

There will be a $20 FINE for anyone violating this rule.

FIRST TIME - YOU'LL GET A WARNING

SECOND TIME - YOU'LL BE FINED $20

THIRD TIME - YOU'LL BE EVICTED FROM THE PARK - NO REFUNDS!!!
